The Round Barn Wedding Lexington, Kentucky
Jordan Berry and Emily Berry are two very genuine, down-to-earth people whose families come from very different parts of the globe.
Jordan is known as the NFL punter for the Pittsburg Steeler’s—a native Australian who came to the United States after graduating as the flagship kicker from the Pro Kick school established by Australian coach Nathan Chapman (see ESPN's article on Jordan Berry and Pro Kick).
Emily met Jordan during their attendance at Eastern Kentucky University.
Jordan & Emily's wedding reception was held at The Round Barn Stable of Memories, a historic thoroughbred-barn-turned-museum located on a well-known farm and local racetrack located on premises.
In their photos, you will notice that their main wedding cake was accented with berries, appropriate for Emily's new last name, Berry. Every table also featured a cake decorated with florals. These cakes were cut and enjoyed by the guests after dinner. Gifts from the guests were placed on a genuine horse carriage located inside the Round Barn. During the reception, guests (especially the children) enjoyed playing a game of soccer.
All in all, their wedding was relaxed, sweet, and a beautiful coming together of both Jordan & Emily’s families.
